HYDROTHERAPY PATH: the benefits of the Kneipp method and the pleasure of whirlpool.

 If you are looking for relaxation and want to spend some time in a suggestive and relaxing atmosphere, we invite you to walk our hydrotherapy path. The Kneipp method uses the healing power of water to give wellness to our body, thanks to the alternation of immersions in hot water and cold water.

Our hydrotherapy path (unique in Sardinia with 60,000 litres of seawater and a depth of 90 cm.) combines the benefits of the Kneipp method with the pleasure of whirlpool.

You start walking, on river pebbles, dipped up into the hot water basin and with jets of hydro massage on your legs. Then you can also reach a relaxation island with 4 different hydro massage stations: an armchair with jets on the back, the “barrel”, where standing, the hydro massage is carried out on the whole body, the bed where you lie on your back and an area with a powerful water jet from above, to massage shoulders and cervical.

You exit the hot water bath and enter the cold-water basin, which reactivates the circulation, tones and invigorates. This path allows improving blood circulation, purifying and draining tissues and reducing the feeling of swelling and heaviness; it is suitable for all and perfect for those who have problems with water retention.

TURKISH BATH: to relieve stress and tension

 Imagine you enter the equatorial forest, with your body wrapped in a delicate mist and your skin covered with many delicate droplets. This environment, commonly called ‘’Turkish bath’, thanks to the action of steam and heat, stimulates the circulation by dissolving the toxins and thus promoting their expulsion.

The steam bath belongs to the same ancient tradition of purifying baths, like the sauna. The simultaneous action of steam and controlled heat helps the lymphatic blood circulation, dissolving toxins and facilitating their expulsion.

The steam bath, due to its toning and relaxing properties, is one of the best therapies to fight the stress and tension we undergo daily. It can be used at all ages, since it is an excellent pressure regulator and an indispensable preventive therapy for those who suffer from respiratory disorders.
