The Kneipp method uses the healing power of water to give well-being to our body thanks to alternating immersions in hot and cold water.

Our hydrotherapy course (one of a kind in Sardinia with 60,000 liters of fresh water and a depth of 90 cm.) combines the benefits of the Kneipp method with the pleasure of hydromassage.

2. DANTESQUE SHOWERS

Four showers enclosed in stone towers built using different local stones and joined in a sinuous path, a wellness ritual inspired by the Divine Comedy.

Let yourself be guided, in the fog, through the colors, the scents and the sounds, to a new wellness experience never tried before: aromatherapy and chromotherapy combined with the purifying and firming power of the water jets will satisfy your body and your mind. Before your eyes the majesty of the Divine Showers will fuel the desire for curiosity.

3. TURKISH BATH

To dissolve stress and tension. Imagine entering the equatorial forest, with your body wrapped in a delicate fog and your skin covered in many delicate droplets. This environment, commonly called “Turkish bath”, thanks to the action of steam and heat stimulates circulation, dissolving toxins and thus promoting their expulsion.

The steam bath belongs to the same ancient tradition of purifying baths, from which the sauna also descends. The simultaneous action of steam and controlled heat helps lymphatic blood circulation, dissolving toxins and promoting their expulsion.

4. TEMPLUM MATER GRATIAE

The multiplication of water forms continues, the essence of the philosophy of our Elighes wellness garden. For 2022 we have come up with something new that will leave you speechless and without thoughts. A level of relaxation never achieved before, a game of tubs that will bring balance to your body and soul.
It is like returning to the mother’s womb, the most ancestral and mystical experience of our life. A perfectly circular temple, a sunburst of gentle arches in which to float and abandon yourself in a hyper-concentrated solution of sea salts with a density higher than that of the Dead Sea. A tub that embraces, protects and cradles like the mother’s womb where worries and pains are alleviated.

It is a real therapy capable of removing the pains and problems of everyday life. It will be like being reborn, feeling alive and having greater self-awareness. Anyone who wants to, can wear goggles and earplugs and practice sensory deprivation, the most absolute relaxation technique. Despite the many benefits, the use of Templum Mater Gratiae is not recommended for those who suffer from hypotension, those with recent wounds or cuts, and women during their menstrual cycle; tasting the water, washing your face, and rubbing your eyes are prohibited.

5. ROMANTIC LAGOON

The wonder of water never ceases to evolve and enchant, 2023 is the year in which we rebuilt a natural freshwater lake nestled between granite and porphyry rocks, a prestigious pool in which you can immerse yourself without worries and walk on stones patiently worked by the flow of the river water.

Magically surrounded by rocks that fit together embracing flowers, plants and aromatic essences, our romantic lagoon will be the guardian of your moments of relaxation and well-being. Water, stones and flora blend together to give life to a one-of-a-kind experience full of sweet colors to remember.

6. HELL

In our “Wellness Garden”, Water is unstoppable and constantly evolving, this year it has joined the earth element and as in a silent and incessant dance with the red clay of Cardedu, it has given life to A DARK AND MAJESTIC MUD CORRIDOR

Our hell is characterized by marine mud and the Dark Lagoon with hydromassage barrels. The mud is made from a mixture of water, red clay, magnesium chloride (salt water), prickly pear gel and orange essential oil and is designed to give you multiple benefits not only for your skin but also for your hair and your osteo-muscular system.

Walk and rest on the benches in the middle of the mud for 15/20 minutes, follow the path towards the showers to remove the marine mud from you and finish by immersing yourself in the Dark Lagoon, surrounded by the effervescence of the hydromassage barrels.

5. MASSAGES

Massages and Treatments to carve out a moment of care for your body and soul in the magical atmosphere of our holm oak forest. And for your well-being we have chosen to use organic products from our land, the fruit of expert ancient processes that are passed down from generation to generation.

Such as the olive oil produced in the Cardedu area, the “donkey milk” from an Isolana company, the Sardinian salt and the native aromatic plants from which essential oils are extracted, precious substances that with their scent and their benefits will make you live an experience that will involve the five senses.
